Please mind: Since the Department of Education changed the eligibility criteria for Turing applications at the end of 2023, Grampus Heritage is no longer allowed to apply for new Turing funding. Once our current Turing contract ends (31st August 2024) we will no longer be able to offer PEATS placements. We will keep our website updated and hope that the situation will change in the near future.
Under this section, you will find details about our TURING funded environmental projects that we run for students and graduates studying in the UK.
Currently we have funding for 3 week placements under PEATS (Placements in Environmental, Archaeological and Traditional Skills). Food, accomodation and flights are covered by the funding, however, Grampus may ask participants to make a small contribution towards these costs depending on the cost of the flights and host.
